If you’re a toddler Mama’s whose little ones won’t consistently eat vegetables – this one is for you! I found the yummiest and easiest recipe for healthy spinach banana toddler pancakes. All the ingredients for these toddler pancakes can be prepared completely in the blender and then poured directly onto your skillet. It doesn’t get any easier than this! The peace of mind I get knowing my toddlers are eating an entire serving of veggies for breakfast is amazing – and they love eating them too!

At our house we call these ‘hulk pancakes’ – a silly name I came up with to explain the green hue these pancakes have. This fun name created a lot of excitement for my son and he looks forward to eating them. I don’t hide the ingredients from my kids, they know there is spinach in the pancakes and my son even helps me make them sometimes!

These are the easiest toddler pancakes to make because everything can be thrown into the blender together and poured straight onto the a skillet. I found this recipe from Feeding Tiny Bellies – she has awesome toddler recipes that we love making at our house.
Toddler Pancake Ingredients:

- 1 Teaspoon Baking Power
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Toddler Pancake Instructions
Step 1: Put all the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Just like you’re making a smoothie.

Step 2: Pour batter on a prepared skillet or heated pan and cook like you would normal pancakes.

Final Thoughts
My 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter absolutely love these toddler pancakes and will devour an entire plate in the morning. I love to make extra pancakes and keep them in the refrigerator for easy breakfast options throughout the week. My son really enjoys helping me put all the healthy ingredients in the blender and pressing the button! It’s fun to have easy healthy recipes that include the kids in the kitchen.

Serving veggies at breakfast time is one of my favorite stress-free ways to make sure the kids are getting enough greens throughout the day.
